No matter your age or gender, what you believe about yourself and the world around you shapes your thinking, which in turn influences how you feel and act. It makes sense then, that if you want to change your behaviour, you have to start at the beginning by changing those beliefs.

To find out how I may support you send an email to (rawia@recipes4change.net) with a brief explanation of what it is you need support with. Following that we can schedule a 15 minutes telephone conversation, free of charge, to establish rapport and answer any questions you may have and see if I am the right coach for you. Once we agree on working together we can go ahead and schedule our first coaching session. I usually recommend an average of 6 sessions to start with. This can be reviewed to ascertain if further sessions will be needed. Before the first session I will email you a coaching agreement and an invoice.

I am a certified Master Practitioner of NLP and currently following advanced training in Transactional Analysis (TA). By working with me, you will begin to understand how you think, how you feel, and how you make sense of everyday life in the world around you. I accept myself as me and I accept you as you. I am not one-up to you, and you are not one-up to me. We are on the same level as people. This is true even though our accomplishments may differ. It is true even though we may be of different race, age or religion.”

Your Investment: The fee per session (50 minutes) is €100 (exclusive BTW). Fees are payable by bank transfer prior to the sessions. Please be aware that not all Medical Insurance companies provide cover for this service and you are advised to check with your insurance provider beforehand to be sure.
